Depression & Anxiety
I have worked extensively with individuals who struggle with depression and anxiety due to increased relational stress, life disruptions, chronic illness, family tension, and identity shifts. Additionally, I have experience with clients who are facing a major life transition, such as going to college, working at a new job, starting hormone therapy, or embarking on a new romantic relationship.
One of the most debilitating aspects of increased depression, anxiety, or mood swings is often increased isolation from those most important to us. Therapy can help individuals see the light at the end of the tunnel and reconnect with loved ones.
